S.M.A.R.T. Goal Process Training + implementation support

This affordable, time-saving QLD service supports schools in learning the S.M.A.R.T. Goal Process and tools. We begin with the two-day S.M.A.R.T. Goal Process Training followed by three days of on-site coaching and up to six 45 minute phone support  sessions per team. Coaching and support are provided by QLD-certified S.M.A.R.T. Coaches. 

We will collaborate with your district-level Steering Committee to guide the work, using our S.M.A.R.T. Solution Measurement System (SSMS) to gauge the impact of your S.M.A.R.T. professional development on student achievement, the capacity for leadership and sustainability.

In addition to a copy of The Power of S.M.A.R.T. Goals and training materials, participants receive the use of an online survey and a report for each of the schools involved.
