Terry Morganti Fisher

Terry's 25 years with the Austin (TX) Independent School District includes serving as a special education teacher, A+ Technology Grant district leader, and Director of Professional Development. As Director of PD she developed support systems for teacher quality including: New Teacher Development, Mentor Teacher Program, Teacher Leadership Cohort Program, and a National Board Certification Program. Terry has a Masters degree in Curriculum & Instruction and Instructional Technology from the University of TX in Austin, and Mid-Management Certification from Texas State University. She is a graduate of NSDC Academy VIII. She is a certified Hendricks Institute coach. Terry is President-elect of TSDC (Texas Staff Development Council). Her role in leading QLD's Client Services group focuses on client advocacy and implementation assurance.

Terry's personal mission is to make the world a better place for children through public education. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband Steven and their blended family.
