Our first webinar of the school year featured Christy Reveles, Ed.D, CPC and Barbara Hauser, MA, PCC - QLD Consultants and Certified S.M.A.R.T. Coaches.

In this timely, relevant and interactive webinar, Christy and Barbara addressed three primary sources of resistance to change and shared coaching and communication strategies that target one of the most common sources. They also shared two S.M.A.R.T. coaching tools to use with your teams to help you identify problems and break through resistance.
