How do you measure the effectiveness of your school improvement efforts?

The S.M.A.R.T. Measurement System™ (S.M.S.) incorporates the use of multiple forms of data and field-based evidence to assess the impact of professional development focused on school improvement. Specifically, the S.M.S. integrates critical measures of student performance with an Indicators of Progress rubric and S.M.A.R.T. Survey.
